水平比较法在整车自主开发中的应用

摘要

水平比较(Benchmarking)作为一种流行的管理工具,国外对该方
法的研究和应用非常广泛,很多知名的大企业都将其作为常规管理工具
并取得了巨大成效。面对汽车行业的激烈竞争和国外企业的冲击,国内
自主品牌的产品开发能力亟待提高。在整车自主开发中应用水平比较
法,不仅能够帮助企业制定合理的战略规划、提高产品性能,而且能够
克服产品开发过程中存在的盲目性。所以,本课题的研究对于增强国内
汽车自主品牌的核心竞争力和竞争优势有着重要的意义。
本文系统分析和研究了水平比较的原理和实施流程,并尝试着将水
平比较应用于汽车整车开发当中。在本文的第一章, 阐述了本课题的选
题背景和研究意义,介绍了水平比较方法的涵义及发展现状;第二章,
分析了水平比较的基本原理,主要介绍水平比较研究的内容、类型及作
用,并具体分析了施乐(Xerox)公司的水平比较实施流程和水平比较实
施的一般流程;第三章,探讨了战略水平比较在国内整车自主开发中的
应用;第四章,探讨了产品水平比较在自主整车开发中的应用。第五章,
对我比较提出了几点思考。
本文在分析水平比较的各战略要点和企业竞争力指标评价的基础
上,给出了战略水平比较在整车自主开发中应用的实施流程。在介绍汽

车数字化开发平台、整车性能综合评价方法和面向创新设计的逆向工程
系统的基础上,给出了产品水平比较的实施流程,并以此来说明产品水
平比较在整车自主开发中的应用。

APPLICATION OF BENCHMARKING PROCEDURE
IN SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF PASSENGER CARS

ABSTRACT

As a popular management tool, benchmarking procedure is extensively
researched and applied, many famous corporations make it as a routine
management tool and gains great effects. Facing the petition and
strong pressure from foreign corporations in the automotive trade, internal
proprietary brands are badly need of improving their development ability.
Applying benchmarking in self-development of passenger cars can not only
help corporations work out strategic project and improve performance of
product, but also reduce blindness during product developing. Thus , this
study is important for proprietary brands of internal automotive corporations
to improve the petence and petitive advantages.
This paper studied the principle and process of benchmarking
procedure systematically, and attempt to apply benchmarking procedure in
self-development of passenger cars. In the first chapter, it expounded the
background and significance of this study, and introduced the meaning and
