参芎化瘀胶囊对脑缺血大鼠神经功能影响*

摘要: 目的探讨参芎化瘀胶囊对脑缺血神经功能损伤的影响。方法 40 只雄性 SD 大鼠分成假手术组、模
型组、参芎化瘀胶囊高、低剂量组,采用改良的 Pulsineli 4 血管阻断( 4-VO) 法制作全脑缺血模型,脑缺血 48 h,苏木精
- 伊红( HE) 染色观察海马区神经细胞形态变化,原位缺口末端标记( TUNEL) 法检测凋亡细胞,八臂迷宫法测试动物
学忆功能,转棒法测试动物综合运动功能。结果与假手术组比较,模型组凋亡神经细胞数量( 33. 45 ± 3. 48) 增
多,动物进入迷宫总错误次数( 8. 94 ± 3. 78) 、重复错误次数( 7. 32 ± 2. 80) 、工作记忆错误次数( 3. 48 ± 1. 26) 增多,综
合运动评分( 79. 1 ± 24. 5) 降低; 与模型组比较,参芎化瘀胶囊组凋亡神经细胞数量( 17. 47 ± 1. 84) 减少,动物进入迷
宫总错误次数( 3. 00 ± 1. 80) 、重复错误次数( 2. 10 ± 0. 85) 降低,综合运动功能评分( 208. 9 ± 32. 5) 提高。结论参芎
化瘀胶囊可抑制全脑缺血大鼠神经细胞凋亡,改善脑缺血后神经功能损伤。
