摘要
随着城市化进程的逐步加快,城市轨道交通系统的建设在很大程度上缓解了城市交通拥堵问题。但是绝大多数城市地铁均处于亏损状态,需要政府补贴才能维持正常运营工作。地铁站点商业开发则是解决当前国内外城市地铁盈利问题的关键。本文通过对国内外各大城市轨道交通系统运营现状的调查分析以及对国际城市地铁商业开发模式的学****研究,深入探讨地铁站点商业开发三大主流模式以及如何应用于国内城市地铁的开发,并针对我国城市轨道交通系统建设提出一些可行性较强的商业开发原则和建议。

Abstract
With the gradually accelerating process of urbanization, the construction of urban rail transit system to a large extent ease the urban traffic congestion problems. However, the vast majority of urban subways at a loss, you need government subsidies to maintain normal operations. The subway stations in mercial development is the key to solve the profitability problem of the current domestic and international city subway. In this paper, a survey on major domestic and urban rail transit system operation status analysis and the international urban mercial development of learning, the depth of the subway stations in mercial development of three major patterns, and how to apply to the development of the domestic city subway, and for China's urban rail transit system construction feasibility strong business development principles and mendations.
