晶振 49S /49U 全自动激光打标送料机的设计

摘要为满足晶振 49S /49U 大批量激光打标的需要,设计了一种晶振 49S /49U 气动自动送料机,该机采
用气动元件作为执行元件,结合光纤检测,用 PLC 控制实现了自动化送料。使工人摆脱了简单、重复的
手工操作,实现了一人值守多台机器的生产模式,节约了劳动力成本,极大地提高了劳动生产率。
