4、安全主任到场后:<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
⑴联通水电保障组决定停电范围,完成水电保障;<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
⑵检查并决定关闭相关窗户或门;<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
⑶了解起火原因,为事故调查处理掌握原始人证物证。<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
5、总指挥根据情况作出决定:<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
⑴下达员工疏散指令;<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
⑵决定并下达报119火警指令;<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
⑶下达有关车间义务消防队员携消防器材增援火场指令。<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
6、保安班长<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
⑴接指示后向龙岗消防中队模拟报警;<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
⑵向保安队下达加强厂区及厂大门警戒指令;<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
要求:通讯畅通、及时、指令传达明确,人员到达现场紧张、迅速、演****态度严肃、逼真。<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
七、初期火灾扑救演练<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
1、灭火行动组迅速携带灭火器材赶到现场,同时将本车间灭火器材带到现场,接通水带水枪,作模拟救火,注意不能开水阀,不要拔灭火器铅封和保险销,不要开启手轮,仅作模拟动作。<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
2、起火部门义务消防队员:参加火场扑救,抢救转移物资。<p ="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 2em;">
3、其余车间级义务消防队员:携带本车间消防器材
