当今保险市场的竞争已日趋激烈宋体,小四号字
,承保利润呈下降趋势,这使得保险机构通过保险资金运用获得收益显得尤为重要。然而,随着保险业的发展,保险资产规模有了较快速的增长,投资渠道不断拓宽,对保险资金运用管理与监管水平的要求也不断提高。本文首先做了一些基本概念的界定,随后对我国保险资金运用管理与监管的现状进行了分析;在第三部分中,对国外保险资金运用管理与监管的特色进行了简单的分析并得出了可供借鉴的经验;最后,从内部管理和外部监管两方面提出了一些改善措施。

Abstract
Nowadays, petition in insurance market is more and more fierce, and underwriting profit tends to fall down, so getting profits through insurance funding is playing a decisive role in a insurance institution. While, with the developing of the insurance, the size of the insurance capital is increasing in a high speed. The way of investment has been broaden. At the same time, the request of management and supervision of insurance fund has raised. In the paper, some basic concepts are made in the first. Then, I analyze the current situation on insurance fund. In the third part, I contract the foreign situations e up with some experiences that benefit for us. Based on it, I make the conclusion that management and supervision in the process of fund is taking a substantial position. Finally, some measures are put forward from the micro and macro views.
