不压井修井作业起下管柱装置
设计与分析
摘要
传统的修井作业影响油气资源的可持续发展,这就迫切需要我们用一种全新的方式来对待井下作业,即保护井内的油气层,不压井作业技术能很好地满足这一要求。目前我国大部分油气田已进入中后期开采阶段,修井作业任务也变得越来越繁重,修井作业是保证油气井正常生产所必须采取的措施,油管或抽油杆柱的起下是修井作业的一项重要内容。由于国外对不压井作业技术的保密,国内对不压井作业技术研究刚刚起步,所以对不压井作业起下管柱装置进行深入研究有重要的现实意义。
本文结合我国油气田的实际情况,通过以下几方面的研究,完成了不压井修井作业起下管柱装置的设计与分析:
1)采用独立液压控制系统,两级多液压缸起下管柱,实现了长冲程、大载荷的不压井修井作业起下管柱装置。
2)采用两组移动卡瓦,液压驱动方式,使作业速度快、效率高且减轻了井口操作工人的劳动强度。
3)井口密封系统采用液压球形防喷器和液压闸板防喷器组成的防喷器组,在起下管柱作业过程中密封更可靠。
4)在理论研究的基础上,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件分析计算了卡瓦主要零件的力学特性以及对井架结构进行静态和动态特性分析。
通过本文的设计与分析,设计出了满足现场使用的不压井修井作业起下管柱装置。设计中根据现场实际为依据,使设计更具有现实意义,为后续研究提供理论依据。

Absract
The sustainable development of oil and gas resources has been influenced by the tradition well workover, which is urgently needed a new way to handle downhole servicing operation. The protection of hydrocarbon reservoir, snubbing technology can meet the requirement. At present, in our country, the majority of oil-gas fields has been in the middle and later mining stage. The rework operations has e more and more arduous, which is ensured that the oil-gas well normal production. The tubing string or rod string operation is an important part of downhole remedial operation. Because of the foreign snubbing technology is on the confidentiality, domestic snubbing technology has just started, so, it is a vital practical significance to further study and developement snubbing technology.
This paper is according to the actual situation of our country's oil-gas field. From the several aspects studying, fulfilling the snubbing device design and analysis:
1) By using an independent hydraulic control systemr, two levels of multi-hydraulic cylinders operating tubing string, thus, achieving a longer stroke, larger load snubbing device.
2) By using two groups of moving slips, the hydraulic pressure drive method, making the operating speed to be quick, the efficiency is high, and reducing the wellhead operating workers’ labor intensity.
