牛奶喷雾干燥控制系统
摘要
随着人口的急剧增长,新生儿的出生率越来越高,新生儿的奶粉销量也大大增长。由于奶粉较乳液更容易储存和运送,在我国的奶制品生产的总产量中,有约80%的产量是奶粉的生产。喷雾干燥设备有可直接由溶液或浓缩乳液制得颗粒大小或接近粉状的产品,且粉末性质能得到保障,干燥范围广,又能实现自动化生产,所以是奶粉生产普遍运用的方法。因此为提高牛奶液体干燥的速度,质量,提高牛奶液体转变为成品的生产效率,需要一套稳、准、快的喷雾干燥控制系统,最终设计选用模糊控制来增强系统的稳定性及快速性。
考虑到在线测量装置的经济性和必要性,选择以旁路空气流量作为调节变量,旁路空气经与热空气混合后,再通过通风管道进入干燥机的控制方法,使出口温度稳定在一定范围内。整套喷雾干燥控制装置主要有:牛奶喷雾装置,空气加热装置,干燥装置,温度控制装置等组成。

DESIGN OF MILK SPRAY DRYING CONTROL SYSTEM
Abstract
With the rapid growth of the population, the birth rate of newborns is getting higher and higher, the sales of newborn milk powder is also greatly increased in China's dairy production, milk production accounts for about 50% of the total dairy production, Milk powder for storage and transportation. Spray drying equipment can be directly from the solution or suspension of ingredients made of uniform powder products, and the nature of the powder is guaranteed, a wide range of drying, but also to achieve automated production, it monly used in milk powder production methods. Therefore, in order to improve the speed of milk liquid drying, quality, improve the milk liquid into the finished product production efficiency, the need for a stable, quasi-fast spray drying control system.
Taking into account the economics and necessity of the on-line measuring device, the bypass air flow is selected as the adjustment variable, the bypass air is mixed with the hot air and then passed through the ventilation pipe into the control method of the dryer so that the outlet temperature is stabilized within a certain range Inside. The whole set of spray drying control devices are: milk spray device, air heating device, drying device, temperature control device and so on.
