Abstract
This article describes the Based on Video frequency Conference System applications,
analysis of protocol standard features, introduced the Based on Video frequency
Conference System technology features and advantages that the Video frequency Conference
broad prospects. Introduced a Based on Video frequency Conference System operating
principles, and describes the basic functions of the system, Expounded the software and
hardware module of the system, overall system design thought and flow for a more detailed
analysis. The system use VIS DLL Library as its class library and DirectShow technology
