摘要
本文基于GS1系统(全球统一标识系统)建立烟草质量追溯系统,利用条码技术(或无线射频技术)对供应链的全过程的每个节点进行有效的标记,将信息流和物流联系起来,建立各个环节信息管理、传递和交换的方案,各个节点参与者之间数据信息进行无缝连接,从而对烟草供应链中的原料、加工、包装、贮藏、运输、销售等全过程的各个环节进行跟踪和追溯,及时发现存在的问题,进行妥善的处理。
论文研究了烟草追溯的可能性,对烟草供应链中的各个环节信息进行追溯,把追溯分为三大部分:种植阶段、生产阶段、销售阶段。每个阶段又分为多个流程,每个流程涉及多个信息。这些信息不能在标签中一一表示,但借助数据库的力量,使追溯更加迅速,更加精确。
研究结果表明烟草质量追溯系统不仅能在发生质量问题时及时召回问题产品,把危机降到最小,还能防患于未然,打击假烟,提高烟草的整体质量。

Abstract
Based on the GS1 System (global identification system) to establish the quality of o retrospective systems, the use of bar code technology (or radio frequency technology) on the each node of the whole process of the supply chain effectively of tag the information, the information flow and logistics will be linked to the establishment of all aspects of information management, transfer and exchange of programs, each node of data information between participants in a seamless link to the o supply chain of raw materials, processing, packaging, storage, transport, sales of various segments of the entire process of tracking and retrospective, the timely detection of problems, proper treatment.
The thesis studied the possibility of retrospective o, the o supply chain information in all aspects of tracing, the trace is divided into three major parts: the cultivation stage, the production stage, sales stage.
