摘要
随着数字化测量技术的日益普及,逻辑笔等测量仪器已遍布电测量领域的各个方面,但是现有的逻辑笔一般仅是对电路的逻辑电平进行测量,只适用于极低频的应用。本设计是针对逻辑笔功能简单、使用面窄等问题,以单片机为核心辅以必要的外围电路设计的多功能逻辑笔。实现极低频的逻辑指示,同时进行电平、电压测量显示,以解决由门槛电压而导致的逻辑电平误测问题;以及针对高频时普通逻辑状态无法指示,转向测量显示频率,以达到获取数字逻辑特征的目的。本设计以极具性价比的ATmega48V做检测核心芯片,通过三极管构成高、低及高阻逻辑检测,并采用组合法测量频率,即高频时采用定时计数的方法直接测量;低频时采用测周期的方法间接测量,采用单片机内部集成的16位定时器的定时、计数及捕获功能实现,同时采用10位A/D对被测点进行电压的测量。最终通过SPLC501液晶显示屏和LED指示灯给出状态反映给用户。

ABSTRACT
With the increasing popularity of digital measurement technology, measuring instruments, such as the logical pen has been all over the field of electrical measurement in all aspects, but the existing logical pen just for the general logic of the circuit-level to measure, applicable only to a very low-frequency applications. Against the function of the logical pen is simple, and have a narrow scope of use, this design of single-chip puter as the core with the necessary peripheral circuits designed a smart logical pen. The realization of extremely low frequency logic instructions,Voltage-level measurement and show at the same time, To solve the problems of Logic-level measurement error caused by the threshold voltage; As well as the general logic state can not be directed at high-frequency, shift to measure the show frequency, in order to obtain the characteristics of digital logic. ATmega48V useing triode to achieve the logic detection of high, low and high impedance, which have a highly cost-effective to do the core of the design. The frequency is measured bined method, specifically, high-frequency is measured directly by counting method, and low-frequency is measured indirectly by method of Cycle. The design is realized by timing, counting and capture function of the 16-bit timer
