职业院校针对汽车维修企业里的钣金工作流程、服务内容,工具设备、行业发展等进行了一定的分析研究,不断在完善汽车钣金专业课程实施的有效性和顺延性,但在执行过程中,总是出现一些影响课程开展进度的瓶颈,而导致整个专业教学无法承上启下。例如:耗材、安全、工具设备更新、行业情况变动等,所以单方面地就现有工具设备为根本而设计教学内容的教学体系已经逐渐被淘汰,即浪费资源和时间,又达不到预想效果。只有与实际接轨,虽然实训区域脱离生产一线,但工作内容和方法始终追随着行业发展现状,必可使职业院校汽车钣金专业的建设达到质的飞跃。随着国内汽车保有量的急剧增长,汽车碰撞事故也呈快速上升趋势,据专业资料统计,从2000年到2005年连续6年中,汽车维修中的钣金维修约占全部维修工作量的17%。且在国内约30万家汽车维修企业中,只有10%的企业具有维修大型事故车的能力,其余只从事小型事故车的维修。因此,随着这种趋势的发展,汽车钣金维修业务逐渐被看好,各类汽车维修站,修理厂甚至美容店纷纷加大在钣金维修业务上的投资力度,为以后广大的汽车市场做打算。近几年来,钣金行业可谓发展迅猛,随着国家经济的迅速发展,人民生活水品不断提高,刺激了各种消费品德生产扩大,使钣金行业在家电领域、汽车领域等行业具有极大地潜力,钣金加工能力需求也不断提高。
在现代化生产中,绝大多数钣金成型工艺是在机器上完成的,手工方法只作为补充加工或修整,形态较复杂的钣金件和单件生产的钣金件,仍然离不开手工操作。钣金作业在车身维修中占据重要的技术地位,也是维修中的一项基础性作业,尤其是现代轿车采用的承载式车身,在结构上属于壳体式框架结构,任何构件、支承、连接板等局部变形,都会直接影响汽车的整体性能。

Abstract
