【教学目标】: 1、能听懂、会说句型Are there…?及回答Yes, there are. / No, there aren’。
2、  能运用Are there…?Yes, there are. / No, there aren’。
【教学重点】: 听、说、认、读并运用句型Are there…?Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.
【教学难点】: 在Are there…?句型中用any;在实际情景中灵活运用以上句型获取信息。
【教材分析】: 本课是PEP人教版五年级英语Unit 6 Part B Let’s talk的教学内容。上个单元已经学习了有关There be的相关句型,这是学好本单元的前提。另外,在本单元A部分有学习巩固了Is there …?Yes, there is. /No, there isn’。为本节课Are there…?Yes, there are. / No, there aren’。是前面知识的加深。学生可以运用本节课所学的新句型结合以前的知识,把新旧知识进行整合,根据实际灵活运用所学句型,把知识活学活用。
【教学过程】:
一、     Warming up
1、Let’s chant(屏幕上出现课本P68 Let’s chant歌谣)
 2、Free talk
T: Is there a/an…?
S: Yes, there is. / No, there isn’t.
3、Let’s try
教师播放Part B Let’s try的录音
二、Presentation and practice
1、教学句型Yes, there are. /No, there aren’t.
(1) T: Boys and girls. This is a picture of Dalang. Do you like Dalang? Why? Let’s talk about it.(屏幕出现一张大朗现代城市面貌的图片,同时出现There is/ are…的句型提示让学生讨论)
 (2)T: Look, this is another picture of Dalang. Are there any tall buildings / many cars in Dalang? (屏幕出现另一张大朗十年前的城市面貌图片供学生讨论)
2、教学Are there any …in the …?
(1)教师根据大朗现在的情况继续深入提问Are there any …in Dalang?(板书Are there any …in …? Yes, there are. / No, there aren’)
 (2)T: Look. Who’s she?
Ss: She’s Xian Dongmei.
T: Where is she from?
Ss: She’s from Zhanjiang
