Abstract
In allusion to the important tache of Operation System(OS) studying——Question and Answer(Q&A),this thesis introduced the idiographic processes of building an OS Q&A system based on ASP. It also discussed about words segmentation, the exertion of ASP and JavaScript, and the idiographic description of realization was given.
The OS Q&A system is made up of two parts, real time Q&A system between teachers and students, and automatic Q&A system. The former makes use of chat room; The key of the latter is words segmentation, a student submits his question in the page, the system finds out keywords of the question by using the words segmentation arithmetic, then searches the answer in the database.
