摘要:
中餐是我国重要的旅游资源,它有着悠久的历史,、经济和社会的飞速发展,中餐业发展非常迅速,表现在企业内部的规模愈来愈完善,专业化程度愈来愈高。江苏无锡的中餐饮业一直发展不错,然而在当下,中餐业要想取得成功,必须借鉴国内外中餐业的先进管理经验,实事求是面向市场,不断开发出受顾客欢迎的中餐产品。希望通过本次调查,更好的了解无锡的中餐业发展情况,从而取得使得无锡的中餐业得到更好的发展。
本次调查主要采取发放问卷的形式,通过对部分中餐企业经营者发放问卷和访谈进行调查。一共发放问卷500份,一共收回有效问卷453份,并通过Spss和excel对所得数据进行分析,最终得到我们所需要的调查报告。

Abstract:
Chinese food is an important tourism resources in China, it has a long history, a lot of world. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's reform and opening up, economic and social development, the Chinese meal very quickly, in the enterprise scale is more and more perfect, more and more high degree of specialization.
