摘    要:
以自制固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3催化乙酰乙酸乙酯和1, 2-丙二醇合成苹果酯-B。结果表明:SO42-/Fe2O3是催化合成苹果酯-B的良好催化剂, 最佳反应条件为:物料比n1 (1, 2-丙二醇) ∶n2 (乙酰乙酸乙酯) ∶1, %, 带水剂苯60ml, , %。产物的结构经折光率和红外光谱得到证实。

Abstract:
The synthetic technology of fraistone ketal reaction from ethyl acetoacetate and 1, 2-Propanediol was studied by using SO42-/Fe2O3 solid super acid as catalyzation. The result shows that the catalytic performance of SO
42-/Fe2O3 catalyst is good, the optimal ketal reaction conditions were as follows: mole ratio of 1, 2-Propanediol to Ethyl acetoacetate ∶ 1, dosage of catalyst %, benzene 60 ml, ketal reaction time yield of fraistone was %.The structure of the product was proved by refractive index and IR spectrum.
