摘要:为了优化马齿苋多糖的提取工艺,将纤维素酶用于提取马齿苋多糖,在单因素实验的基础上,采
用 L (34)正交实验法对酶法提取马齿苋多糖的条件进行优化,考察酶用量、酶解温度、pH、酶解时间对马

齿苋多糖提取得率的影响。结果表明:%、酶解温度40 、pH 、酶解时
间 110 min。该条件下,马齿苋多糖得率达到 %。酶法提取纤维素多糖工艺简洁,能量消耗减少,是

technology was optimized with L (34) orthogonal test. The influence of enzyme dosage,extraction temperature ,

pH and extraction time on yield of haride was studied. The optimum conditions were as follows: dosage
of cellulose %, temperature 40℃, time 110 min, pH and extraction yield were %. It indicated that
enzyme extraction was a suitable method for extraction haride from Portulaca oleracea L. for it was
simple and has shorter extraction time.
