铣削加工中薄壁件装夹方案优选的有限元模拟

摘要: 针对薄壁零件刚性差, 制造过程中容易产生装夹变形的工艺难题, 采用有限元分析方法, 对加工过程中的
薄壁件装夹方案进行了优选. 将工件视为弹性体, 装夹/ 支撑作为刚体, 运用有限元分析软件, 分别对装夹位置、装
夹顺序以及加载方式三个因素在装夹过程中对框类薄壁零件产生变形的影响进行了模拟. 结果表明, 夹具或支撑
间距较大, 先在刚性较差的表面上进行装夹, 每个夹紧力均在一步内施加的方案是最佳装夹方案.

Finite element simulation for optimal clamping
scheme of thin-walled workpiece in milling process

Abstract: T hin-w alled w o rkpiece w ith insufficient rigid property is deform able during the machining pro-
cess. Fix ture is an important consideration in the o peratio n. T o reveal the effect of locating points, clam p-
ing sequence and clamping force on the disto rtio n o f thin-w alled frame part, finite element m odels were es-
tablished to simulate the clamping operation. It show s that the o ptimal clamping scheme is that the clamps
( or suppo rts) are far from each othar, clamping for ces are firstly applied on the surface w ith low rig id and
ever y clamping force is applied in one step.
