紫苏挥发油β环糊精包合物制备研究

摘要: 目的解决紫苏挥发油易挥发、不稳定的问题。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取鲜紫苏挥发油,饱和水溶液法制
备挥发油β环糊精包合物,水蒸气蒸馏法再提取包合物挥发油,紫外光谱法分析包合前后挥发油。硅胶 G CMC 薄
层色谱法对照包合前后挥发油色谱图。结果包合前后挥发油紫外吸收光谱与薄层色谱图基本一致。结论β环
糊精能稳定包合紫苏挥发油,解络后不会引起主要成分的改变。

of Volatile Oil of Perilla

ABSTRACT : Objective To solve the problem of losing , unsteady perilla. Methods Volatile oil
was extracted from fresh perilla by vapor Cyclodextrin pound of oil
was made by sat urated solution. Volatile oil from pound was extracted by vapor dis
tillation. The oil extracted from pound and free oil was evaluated by t hin layer chro
matograp hy and UV - spectrometry. Results There was not difference in the grap h of t hin layer
chromatograp hy between t he oil extracted from included ones and free oil. The graphic and t he
most wavelengt h of UV - spectrometry was identical ,too. Conclusion β CD can steady include
volatile oil
