摘要
这是一篇关于塑料板凳的注塑模具设计的说明书,同时这篇说明书也具有注塑模具设计的一般共性问题和方法。一个注塑模具的设计过程通常要包含产品造型设计、模具设计、加工制造这三个阶段。本篇设计说明书从大体上来说只包含塑料板凳的产品造型设计和模具设计。板凳是用来承受载荷的,那么它必须具有一定的强度,塑料板凳要满足这一基本要求必须进行结构设计与力分析。结构设计进行的是对塑件的尖角、棱、加强筋、壁厚等的设计;而力分析主要运用静力计算和ANSYS软件的静力分析进行的。结构设计可以帮助进行优化,从而节省材料,而力分析是在已有结构的基础上看是否能够承受一定的载荷,由此合格的塑料板凳的产品造型可设计出。造型设计是模具设计的的前步,有了三维造型就可以在PROE中的mfg模块的模具型腔子模块中进行三维造型的布局、创建工件、创建分型面、分割工件、创建成型零件、生成型腔型芯、加装模架等一系列的步骤,并且最终生成二维图纸。。手工加装灵活度大,但不方便且耗时;,数十秒内便可加装完毕,但为了能熟练掌握模具结构及其设计,我采用了手工加装的方法。

Abstract:
This paper is a bench on the plastic injection mold design specifications, while this paper also has a mon injection mold design issues and approaches. An injection mold design process usually includes three stages: product design, mold design, manufacturing. This paper only contains plastic bench design and mold design. Bench is used to bear the load, then it must have some strength, plastic bench to meet the basic requirements for the design and structure must be analyzed. Structural design is the sharp corners, edge, rib, thickness design of the plastic product; mechanics analysis, by using static analysis and static analysis software ANSYS conducted. Optimized structure design can help to save material, and mechanics analysis is the basis of the existing structure to inspect it can bear the load, thus qualified plastic bench of product modeling can design. Product design is the first step of mold design, with three-dimensional modeling on the mfg in PROE mold cavity module sub-module in three-dimensional modeling of the layout, create jobs, create sub-surface, cutting jobs, create molded parts, generating cavity core, mold, etc. to install a series of steps, and eventually produce two dimensional drawings. Which can be manually installed mold molding installation and use of standard mold base library installation. Manual installation flexibility, yet it is not convenient and time-consuming; us
