目前,全世界普遍面临着能源紧缺和环境恶化的问题,因此保护环境、节能减排成为本世纪的重要使命。中国是工业大国同时也是能源消耗大国,保护环境自然就成为我国实现可持续发展的艰巨任务。钢铁工业属能源和资源密集型产业,在众多的使用领域内,钢铁仍属于必需材料。在生产过程中,钢铁企业不仅消耗了大量的能源与资源,还排放出颗粒物、温室气体和废水等污染物。随着社会的发展,人们更加注重绿色环保,因此钢铁企业也要将绿色的观念融入到供应链管理当中,对企业的绿色供应链实施绩效评价,及时发现问题、解决问题,以形成经济、环境和资源的和谐发展。
本文从钢铁企业出发,构建钢铁企业绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系和模型并通过案例分析进行验证。针对研究的特点,本文主要采用了定性分析与定量分析,规范研究与案例研究相结合的方法。
首先,本文对国内外绿色供应链和绿色供应链绩效评价的研究现状进行了综述,并阐述绿色供应链管理、绩效评价及其突变理论的相关基本理论。
其次,从钢铁企业出发,分析其供应链的现状并找出存在的问题,提出钢铁企业实施绿色供应链绩效评价的必要性。通过对大量参考文献的归纳整理以及专家问卷法的调查,构建基于突变级数法的钢铁企业绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系和模型。
最后,通过案例研究发现该钢铁企业绿色供应链管理中的不足,提出改进意见,以此检验该模型的实用性,为钢铁企业绿色供应链绩效评价提供新方法。

Abstract
At present, people all over the world face the problems of energy shortages and environmental degradation, so environmental protection and energy conservation has e an important mission of the century. China is not only a big industrial country, but also a big energy consuming country. Naturally, environmental protection has e the arduous task of achieving sustainable development. Iron and steel industry is energy and resource intensive industry. Steel is still a necessary material in many areas. Iron and steel enterprise not only consumes a lot of energy and resources, but also emissions particle, greenhouse gases, waste water and other pollutants in production process. With the development of society, people pay more attention to environmental protection, so iron and steel enterprise should also integrate the green concept into supply chain management. We should carry out performance evaluation in enterprise green supply chain, then discover and solve problems immediately to form the harmonious development of economy, environment and resources.
The dissertation starts from iron and steel enterprise and builds green supply chain performance evaluation index system and model, and verifies it by case analysis. For the study, it mainly uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, combining the method of normative research and case
