What is 5S?
The meaning of 5S
1S= differentiate necessary and un-necessary thing, don’t put un-necessary thing on spot
2S= put necessary thing in the area available for everybody, searching time=0
3S= keep working place clear and orderliness, and keep equipment maintenance
4S= Keep 1S,2S and 3S, and make them to the standard and rule
5S= form good habit of high efficiency and safety mindset
