课程内容简介
1,高级植物生理学是在系统学****和掌握本科生[植物生理学]的基础上,配合现代植物生理学中各个研究方向的进展,在理论和实践上更加深入和提高,研究性较强的一门课程。
2,为了使学生能够站在学科发展的前沿,在保持植物生理学系统性的前提下,对于某些发展速度快,领先的方向,开设专题学术讲座(可能请校外的专家)。
3,本课程总学时54学时,其中基础理论课讲授33学时,专题学术讲座6学时,研究讨论课6学时,实验实****9学时。
主要内容有:植物细胞的亚微结构与功能;水分及营养生理;光合作用机理;光敏色素及成花诱导;抗逆生理;次生代谢及次生代谢物质;
课程内容简介(英文)
Advanced Plant Physiology is a course with the researchful character. Advanced Plant Physiology bases on the bachelor course “Plant Physiology”, refers to the progresses in every research field of modern plant physology, and is much deeper and more advanced in the theory and practice.
In order to let students understand the leading progress of plant physiology, this course will set up special academic lecture about the leading research field of plant physiology.
This course will take 54 periods, including basic theory with 33 periods, special academic lecture with 6 periods, research and discussion with 6 periods, experiment and practice with 9 periods.
The main content: the sub- and micro-structure of plant cell, water and nutrition physiology, mechanism of photosynthesis, photosensitive pigment and floral induction , physiology of resistance , secondary metabolism and secondary metabolities.
