摘要
随着全球经济的飞速发展,智能化建筑得到了人们普遍地关注和广泛地运用,而最能体现智能化建筑的要数办公大楼。当今社会已跨入数字化、信息化、网络化及智能化的时代,为了提高办事效率,为办公大楼里的工作人员营造一个安全、舒适、节能、高效的生活和办公空间是完全必要的。虽然目前由于信息技术与建筑本身完美的结合使办公环境有了根本性的改善,但是,我国智能化建筑在短时间内还不可能达到完美的程度,还存在诸多的问题,这需要在今后的使用过程中不断地加以改进和完善。我相信,在不久的将来,智能化的办公大楼将基于网络技术的突飞猛进而更具科学化和人性化。本文针对办公大楼的智能化设计的构成、功能和主要特点,主要研究了楼宇智能化提升办公效率的背景、现代办公状况、案例分析、智能化办公的实现。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the global economy, intelligent building received widespread attention and widely used, and most can manifest the intelligent building to a number of office buildings. Modern society has entered the digital, information-based, network-based and intelligent era, in order to improve the efficiency in the office building, for staff to create a safe, comfortable, energy-saving, efficient living and office space pletely necessary. Although at present as a result of information technology and building bine to make the office environment has fundamentally improved, however, China intelligent building in a short period of time is impossible to achieve perfect, there still exist many problems, which need to be in the future use of the process to be continually improve and perfect.
