我国农业产业化对新农村建设的影响
摘要
中国是一个农业大国,农业人口占全国人口的绝大多数,农业产业化及新农村建设是关系到中国改革开放和现代化建设全局的一个重大历史任务。党的十一届三中全会以后,中国农村开始实行了以家庭承包经营为基础、统分结合的双层经营管理体制,极大地调动了农民的生产积极性,农业和农村经济得到了快速发展,并取得了举世瞩目的成就。但随着改革的深化,农业和农村经济在发展过程中遇到了一些深层次的矛盾和问题,诸如市场经济体制不健全、农业产业化制度不到位、农村基础设施不完善等制约因素。为解决这些矛盾和问题,我国在实践中逐渐摸索出一种具有中国特色的农业产业化经营方式,有力地促进了农业和农村经济的发展,进而推动了新农村建设。本文共分为三大部分,一是农业产业化及新农村建设的基本论述;二是农业产业化与新农村建设中存在的问题及分析;三是农业产业化对新农村建设的对策.

ABSTRACT
China is a large agriculture country ,the most of is agriculture population .Agricultural industry and the new rural construction is a important historical task that relate to the reform and opening .After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh CPC mittee. China rural began to implement the basis of household contract management integrates unified with separate two-tier management system. This greatly aroused the farmer manafacturing enthusiasm. Agriculture and rural economics got rapid development, and a rather big achievement. With the developments of the reforming. In the development process happened some contradictions and problems. Such as the market economy system is not perfect, agricultural industrialization system is not reach the designated position, and the rural infrastructure is not perfect. In order to solve the problems, Our country gradually find a Chinese characteristics agricultural industrialization runs way in the practice. Effectively promoted the development of agriculture and rural economy, and promote the construction of New country side. This paper is divided into three parts. One is the basic discussion of the industrialization of agriculture and the new rural construction. he second is the problems and the analysis about the industrialization of agriculture and the new rural construction. The third is the measure
