随着时光的流逝,人类社会悄然已经进入21世纪。21世纪是知识经济时代,是信息技术时代,是数字化时代。单位管理的现代化﹑办公自动化和决策科学化,是现代化办公管理发展的必然趋势。也是衡量一个单位信息化的重要标志。单位职工的工资信息管理作为一个单位管理的重要方面,其可变因素多,管理复杂,繁琐,时间跨度大,再加上固定的基数大,形成巨大的数据量,人工管理困难。因此为铁岭市地方税务局清河分局开发了单位职工的工资管理系统软件。
