真姬菇子实体多糖提取条件正交试验研究

摘要[ 目的] 筛选真姬菇子实体多糖的最佳提取条件, 为真姬菇多糖的开发利用提供依据。[ 方法] 用蒸馏水提取真姬菇子实体多糖,

以浸提温度、浸提时间、浸提比和浸提次数为主要因素, 采用L9(3 ) 正交试验进行提取工艺的优化。用苯酚- 硫酸法测定多糖含量后计
算多糖得率。[ 结果] 影响真姬菇子实体多糖提取的主要因素由大到小依次为浸提温度> 浸提比> 浸提次数> 浸提时间。正交试验表
明, 当浸提温度为90 ℃, 浸提时间为2 .0 h, 浸提比为1∶30 ,1 次浸提时, 多糖得率最高, 达到4 .8 % 。[ 结论] 通过正交试验及其验证试验
确定的真姬菇子实体多搪的最佳提取条件为: 浸提时间2 .5 h , 浸提温度90 ℃, 浸提比1∶30 , 浸提次数2 次, 在此条件下, 真姬菇子实体多
糖得率可达5 .1 % 。
