Abstract
Euonymusalarus (Thunb.) Sieb. is a traditional Chinese medicine,and used as a drug for abdominal pain and amenorrhoea. Several studies have indieated that extraets of (Thunb.) Sieb. have antihypertensive, hypoglycemic, and central analgesic activities.
From the 80 % ethanol extract of Euonymus alatus(Thunb.)Sieb., pounds were separated by using open siliea gel,macroporous absorbent resin, sephadex LH-20, HPLC, et al. On the basis of physics-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, pounds were identified as follows: Hop-(22)-29- en-3β-ol (1), β-sitosterol (2), Friedelinol (3), Lupenone (4), Betulin (5), Oleanolic
acid (6), Usnic acid(7), Hexacosanoic acid (8), n-Octacosanol (9), Wilforlide A (10),
Friedelin (11), n-Octane (12), 1,30-Triacontanediol (13), β-dauricine (14),
n-Pentacosane (15), 5-Hydroxymethyl furfural (16), n-Nonane (17), Quercetin (18),
Tetracosanoic Acid (19), Squalene (20), Phenylformic acid (21), Caffeine (22).
Among them, compounds1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20 and 22 are reported
from the Species for the first time. Compounds1, 5, 8, 12, 13, 15, 17, 20 and 22 are reported from this genus for the first time.
The essential oils from Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb. were extracted by steam distillation, and analyzed by GC-MS. 56 ponents were identified, their relative contents were determined and accounted for over %. It was found that the main ponents were carboxylic acid, aldehyde, ketone, terpenoid and derivatives of oxygenated terpenoid, in which the pounds were n-Hexadecanoic acid %, Analgit %, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid %, Tetradecanoic acid %, Hexanal %, 9,12,15-Octadecadienoic acid %, Pentadecanoic acid %, Nonanal
%,Dodecanoic acid %, Hexahydrofarnesyl acetone %.
