ABSTRACT
As a representative of new media, the and mobile have not only changed information spreading, but also affected the development of society. In the new media environment, Public Opinions has tremendous changes. And it’s challenging for public security bureau’s responses ability.
public opinion likes a “barometer”, which reflects people’s thoughts, attitudes and the change of the opinion and emotion to public security bureau and people’s policemen. work public opinion of the police have several characteristics such as extensive topic for discussion, anonymous subjects, fast spreading and emergency. How to analyze work public opinion, how to guide it and how to make early warning are practical problems for government to solve.
The Thesis applies with the basic principles and methodology of science of public management, Public opinion, Communication and Information Science and Sociology and so on. By studying on the definition, effect and characteristics work public opinion of the police under the new media, combing work public opinion of the police under the new media of our country in recent years, which makes systematic study on evolution mechanism and influence of public security bureau on work public opinion of the police under the new media. On this basis, it analyzing the existing problem of

how public security bureau response to work public opinion of the police, and put forward the emotion and countermeasure of guidance and control. At last, the thesis make research on valuable advice on establishing long-term mechanism of the public security bureau’s guidance and control on work public opinion of the police.
