摘    要:
目的探讨玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗眼底病的临床疗效。方法选择2014年4月至2015年3月我院收治的210例(320眼) 眼底病患者作为研究对象, 对所有患者采取玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗, 观察患者在治疗前后其治疗效果。结果患者视网膜、脉络膜和视盘的疾病两两比较, 无统计学意义(P>) ;治疗后患者的眼压和视力明显好于治疗前患者的眼压和视力, 治疗前后患者的眼压和视力差异显著, 差异具有统计学意义(P<) 。结论眼底病患者采用玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗, 能够有效提高患者的视力, 让患者的眼压逐渐恢复正常, 治疗效果很好, 值得在临床上进行广泛地推广。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intravitreal ranibizumab treatment fundus. Methods Select the April 2014-March 2015 in our hospital 210 cases (320) fundus of patients for the study, all patients take intravitreal ranibizumab therapy, the treatment effect observed in patients before and after treatment. Results Patients with retina, choroid and optic disc disease parison, no significant difference (P>) ; after treatment, the patient's intraocular pressure and visual acuity was significantly better than pre-treatment IOP and visual acuity before and after treatment in patients with ocular hypertension and vision significant difference, the difference was statistically significant (P<) . Conclusion Fundus treated with intravitreal ranibizumab therapy, can effectively improve the patient's vision
