摘    要:
目的观察振源胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后焦虑、抑郁60例的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的脑卒中后焦虑、抑郁患者60例为研究对象, 随机将患者分成对照组和试验组, 各30例。两组患者均给予脑卒中常规治疗, 对照组给予黛力新胶囊治疗, 试验组在对照组基础上给予振源胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。%, % (P<) ;治疗后, 两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均优于治疗前, 且试验组明显优于对照组(P<) 。结论振源胶囊联合黛力新能够有效改善脑卒中后患者的焦虑、抑郁状态, 临床疗效确切, 对神经功能的恢复有着良好的促进作用, 能够提高患者生活质量, 值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhenyuan bined with Deanxin in patients with poststroke anxiety and depression. Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke anxiety and depression admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with30 cases in each group.
