摘要
本施工组织设计作为指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件,它是工程开工后施工活动能有序、高效、科学合理地进行的保证。本施工组织设计包括施工方案、施工进度计划、施工现场平面布置以及施工部署。
其中施工方案和施工进度计划是用来指导施工的,施工进度计划结合最佳施工方案在时间上的安排,采用计划的形式,使工期、成本、资源等方面,通过计算和调整达到优化配置,符合项目目标的要求。施工平面布置图是施工方案及施工进度计划在空间上的全面安排。它把投入的各种资源、材料、构件、机械、道路、水电供应网络、生产、生活活动场地及各种临时工程设施合理地布置在施工现场,使整个现场能有组织地进行文明施工。施工部署是对整个建设项目全局作出的统筹规划和全面安排,其主要解决影响建设项目全局的重大战略问题。编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑,突出科学性及可行性。

Abstract
The construction design as to guide the construction project activities, technical, economic anizational documents, it is after the start of the project construction activities, orderly and efficient, scientific and rational manner the construction design, including the construction plan, construction schedule, construction site layout and construction deployment.
Construction plan and construction schedule is used to guide construction, construction schedule and the best construction program in the timing and form of plan, so that the duration, cost, resources, calculated and adjusted to achieve optimal allocation ply with the requirements of the project objectives. The construction floor plan is prehensive arrangement in space of the construction plan and construction schedule. It put into a variety of resources, materials, components, machinery, roads, electricity and water works, production, life venues and a variety of temporary works facilities reasonably arranged at the construction site, so that the entire site can anized and civilized construction. Construction deployment is the global co-ordination of the entire construction project planning prehensive arrangements, the main address major strategic issues for the construction project as a whole.
