胡椒醇提物的药理学实验研究

摘要:目的探讨胡椒醇提物局部外涂的药理作用。方法分别采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀炎症模型和磷酸组胺致豚鼠
足部瘙痒模型测试胡椒 70%乙醇提取液的局部抗炎止痒作用;利用图像分析系统测定小鼠耳廓局部应用胡椒 70%乙醇
提取液前与应用后 5, 10, 20 m in及腹腔注射肾上腺素后 5, 10, 15, 20 m in耳廓细动、静脉口径和细静脉血流态,由此评价
其对小鼠2耳2廓正常微循环和肾2上腺2 素引起的微循环障碍的作用。结果胡椒 70%乙醇提取液局部外涂能显著抑制二甲
苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀;显著提高豚鼠足部磷酸组胺致痒阈;显著增加正常小鼠细动、静脉口径及细静脉血流速度,并能明
显对抗肾上腺素2引起的细动、静脉收缩和细静脉血流速度减慢。结论胡椒 70%乙醇提取液局部外用具抗炎、止痒和改
善微循环作用。
