摘要:随着计算机技术的普及与发展,信息技术早已应用到了各行各业,在企业中发挥着重要的作用。但是有的行业却是很少用到信息技术。比如随着这几年房地产行业的发展而发展起来的物业管理行业,纯粹的面对面服务已经不能满足物业管理发展的要求,引入信息技术管理就成了必然。
对于物业管理行业这个特殊的行业来说,真正的引入计算机不是在企业内部,而应该是在物业管理项目上的应用。本系统设计以河南国基物业管理有限公司下属管理项目之一的中国中铁七局总部办公大楼的物业管理为背景。设计符合办公大楼,政府机关等单一业主的物业管理信息系统,使得业主投诉处理、维修、保洁等物业管理工作信息化、网络化,以达到高效,快捷服务于业主的目的。本系统的编写语言采用ASP,后台数据库采用SQL Server设计,实现了对物业管理对象——业主的基本信息、投诉、维修、保洁等的一般管理,拉近了物业管理人员和业主之间的距离,为管理人员和业主的沟通交流提供了一个更有效的平台。对于现有的物业管理模式来说,管理信息系统的应用是物业管理的一次飞跃。

Abstract:Along with the rapid development of economic, computer technology has e increasingly mature, information technology has been applied to all walks of life, playing an important role in enterprises. However, some industries rarely use information technology. For example, the property management industry has developed with the development of the real estate industry in recent years, just face-to-face services have been unable to meet the requirements of the development of property management, it is ing inevitable to introduce information technology management.
Although the property panies have puter technology, it is limited in the scope pany, that is equivalent to the introduction of the corporate office automation management information systems. However, for property management industry, a special industry, real introduction of property management should be in the application of the project. This system designs with the property management of the office building of China iron in best headquarters, one of the projects of Henan-GuoJi Property Management Ltd as the background. Design the property management information systems accord with single owners, such as corporate offices, government agencies, making property management work, such as plaint handling, maintenance, cleaning, informatization work-rization, to achieve the purpose of offering efficient and speedy service to owners. The system uses ASP as programming langua
