past prep. 通过….；在…..之后
eg. It's five minutes past twelve. 现在12点过5分。
eg. It's five minutes past two. 已经2点过5分了。
eg. He walked past me. 他通过我身边。
passed [pɑ:st] 与 past [pɑ:st] 同音
at that moment 相称于just as：正在那时
begin v. 开始
begin to do → begin doing 开始做某事
