摘要
本文主要阐述了本钢冷轧厂轧钢生产作业区CDCM线(酸洗—轧机联合机组)酸洗段的工艺流程,工艺参数和主要的生产设备。
从酸洗机理的角度着重分析了影响酸洗工艺段的因素,还相应介绍了酸洗工艺与设备的发展历程,联系CDCM线的酸洗现状提出优化建议。同时,结合CDCM线酸洗生产实际提出了酸洗的缺陷,并提出解决方案。
目前,世界上热轧带钢轧机所生产的钢卷中,大约有3/4要提供给连续带钢酸洗机组进行处理,而其中98%的带钢采用卧式连续酸洗机组。因此,从酸洗机组处理带钢的数量之大,意义之深远来看,研究酸洗机组的酸洗机理、规律,使机组发挥最大的生产潜力,就成为从事酸洗工作的技术人员义不容辞的职责。

Abstract
This article discusses the Benxi Iron and Steel Cold Rolling Mill CDCM Line (pickling - rolling Mills Unit) pickling process section, process parameters and key production equipment.
From the perspective of pickling mechanism analyzes the factors that affect the pickling process section and introduces the pickling process and equipment history of the development. Based on CDCM acid pickling process and mechanism we pointed out the acid deficiencies,provided solutions and improved the pickling process.
Currently, around the world about 3/4 the hot-rolled strip steel production plants provide continuous strip pickling line, of which 98% of the strip uses the horizontal continuous pickling , because of the great number of strip steel pickling and its far-reaching and at the same time in order to maximize the potential production of unit, engineers have the responsibility to study the mechanism of acid pickling process.
