本文分析了国际贸易买卖合同欺诈的概念和特征,续而对其进行了深入的法律分析和经济分析。最后,就未来国际贸易买卖合同欺诈的趋势——电子合同欺诈进行了研究和探索。对于实务中国际贸易买卖合同欺诈的防范具有很好的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract
With China's accession to the WTO, international trade has been an unprecedented development. At the same time, the phenomenon of fraud in international trade is increasing, which seriously interferes with the normal international trade order. In many forms of international trade fraud, the use of international trade contracts have a large proportion of fraud. Therefore, it is of great economic and social significance to study the international trade contract fraud and its countermeasures.
This paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of international trade contract fraud, and then makes an in-depth legal analysis and economic analysis. Finally, the trend of future international trade contract fraud -- the research and exploration of electronic contract fraud. It is of great guiding significance and reference value for the prevention of international trade contract fraud in practice.
