成都航空物流园区物流服务优化分析
摘要
物流被誉为“第三利润源”,近年来,我国大力发展物流业,政府前后出台了许多物流行业优惠政策。物流园区作为物流集约化发展的必然产物,将周边地区相对分散的运输、仓储、包装加工、配送、第三方物流、货代等不同物流环节进行资源、功能、信息等各方面的资源有效整合,在社会经济中发挥着越来越大的作用。随着现代物流的发展,物流园区开始在全国各地得到广泛的应用、规划和建设。通过物流园区的成立能够在一定程度上使得相关物流产业在一个区域内得到有效的整合,为物流行业创造更加便利的条件,大大提高物流服务的质量,带动周边地区经济发展,进而有效降低物流成本,促进物流业发展。但近年由于物流园区盲目追求规划建设而忽视了服务管理,导致一部分物流园区成为“建筑空壳”,基于此,本文在对国内外物流园区的兴起和服务现状以及成都市物流园区的服务现状等问题调研的基础上,以成都航空物流园区为例,结合物流园区服务的相关理论和理念,调查分析成都航空物流园区服务现状,找到其存在的问题,研究提出物流服务优化思路,建立物流园区服务平台,从而提高成都航空物流园区的物流服务水平,提供高效率、低成本的优质服务,逐步形成较好的市场氛围,推动物流服务的专业化、社会化发展。

The Logistics Optimization Analysis of
Chengdu Aviation Logistics Park
Abstract
Logistics known as the third profits source, in recent years, China is developing the logistics industry, and government issued a number of the logistics industry preferential policies. Logistics park as a result of the logistics intensive development is playing an increasingly greater role in the social, economic and life. Logistics park can effective integrate the resources and functions, information of the surrounding area of transportation, warehousing, packing process, distribution, 3PL and so on. With modern logistics developing, logistics parks are beginning to get application, planning and construction in the country wider. Through the instauration of the logistics park, it can make the related logistics industry in an area for effective integration, and create facilities for the logistics industry, greatly improve the efficiency of logistics services, promote regional economic development, reduce the cost of the logistics and promote the logistics development. But in recent years they blind pursuit of development and ignore logistics services management. So it cause of the logistics park building a "shell". Therefore, this article analyses the present situation and conditions of service of domestic and interna
