摘要
本次毕业设计是针对荆州新盟商贸城项目编制可行性研究报告。报告的编制是从项目相关的资料的收集整理开始的,首先进行了周边房地产市场调查,其次进行项目的市场定位及项目的规划设计方案的设计,然后通过项目的投资估算及销售收入的预测,完成了项目的财务评价相关指标的计算,并进行了不确定性分析,最后得出的结论是:荆州新盟物资商贸城项目的开发符合荆州市发展的趋势,可产生良好的经济收益和社会效益,具有广阔的市场前景,有其实施的充分必要性和可行性。
