AIDS originated in Africa and was also distributed among young people in Haiti in 1979, and was brought to the United States by immigrants.
On June 5, 1981, the center for disease control in Atlanta, United States, for the first time in the journal morbidity and mortality weekly, briefly introduced the history of the five AIDS patients they found. The disease was officially named AIDS in 1982.
Soon after, AIDS quickly spread to all continents.
In June 1985, a young Argentinian male tourist who was admitted to Shanghai was hospitalized for AIDS and was cured and died in our country. This is the first case of AIDS in China.
Since 1985, nearly 10,000 people have been living with HIV.
