石油是现代社会的基础能源和化工原料,在国民经济中占有非常重要地位,关系到国家经济安全、政治安全及国防安全,是国家的经济命脉。改革开放以来,在工业化和城市化进程的推动下,中国炼油能力加速扩张,石化产业快速发展。石化产业是国际竞争非常激烈的产业,也是中国的支柱产业。目前中国石化产业面临能源紧缺、环保和国内市场旺盛需求等情况,而现代石化产业的发展更多地是依赖于知识和技术的创新,石化产业已经进入高技术时代。
目前我国石油和化学工业已成为世界石油和化工生产、消费第二大国,其中化学工业的经济总量位居世界第一。在全球化工企业100强中,美国占了33家,日本占了14家,德国占了11家。在国内来说,化工强省基本上都是经济大省,如山东、江苏、浙江等。”据了解,%,%,%,税金占 %。石化工业在国民经济中的地位举足轻重,可以说化工不强则国家不强。

本文主要通过对国内和日本市场石化发展走势分析,国内石化市场情况及价格的分析等方面结合福佳集团的实际情况展开分析与论述。针对石化市场的分析将从日本对外贸易环境,国内石化发展和现状,福佳集团在行业定位等方面进行阐述。
