【摘要】目的:了解太原市儿童超重和肥胖的流行现状及主要影响因素,为预防儿童超重和肥胖提供科学依据。方法:采用随机整群抽样法,随机抽取太原市5所小学三年级学生共1582名作为调查对象。结果:%%,男童超重和肥胖的检出率高于女童,独生子女高于非独生子女,差异有统计学意义(p<)。有序多分类Logistic回归分析显示性别、独生、父母BMI、母亲学历、银屏活动次数和出生体重为儿童超重和肥胖的主要影响因素。结论:太原市儿童超重和肥胖检出率较高,儿童超重和肥胖受到诸多因素的影响。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the prevalence and influence factors of overweight and obesity in children of Taiyuan, and to provide the scientific basis for preventing overweight and obesity in children. Methods: A total of 1582 grade 3 students from 5 elementary schools in Taiyuan were selected by a random cluster sampling method. Results: The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity in children of Taiyuan were % and %.The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity was significantly higher in boys and single-child relative to girls and multiple-child respectively. Ordinal logistic regression analysis showed that the main influence factors of overweight and obesity were gender, single-child, parents’ BMI, mother’s educational level, times of watching television and birth weight.
