商洛市城中村改造研究——以商州区东店子社区为例
摘要:城中村是我国高速城市化进程中普遍存在的一种特殊的地域现象,是城市建设发展急剧扩展与城乡二元管理体制共同作用下的结果。其城中村一般为低矮密集,具有一定规模的建筑群,绿化稀少与周边城市环境格格不入,仍沿袭传统农村管理模式和居住****惯,相当部分的市政基础设施落后,村落建设缺乏整体规划,其物质形态和生活****惯与现代城市全然不同,具有农村和城市的双重属性。随着社会的发展,城中村问题日益明显,己经成为影响我国城市协调发展、功能提升和市民生活质量进一步改善的瓶颈,引起了各级政府和社会各界的广泛关注,改造建设势在必行。
本文首先通过对商洛市商州区东店子社区的现状进行了解,然后分析其形成的原因和改造障碍等,最后对东店子社区的改造措施提出建议。

Abstract:Urban village is a special geographical phenomenon exists generally high speed of city of our country in the process of city construction and development, is the rapid expansion of results management and two yuan in urban and rural areas under the system of joint action. The village is generally low, dense, with a certain scale of the buildings, green scarce and the surrounding city environment be misfits, still follow the traditional rural management mode and living habits, a considerable part of the municipal infrastructure is backward, village construction, the lack of overall planning, the physical form and the habits of life and modern pletely different, with dual attributes of rural and the city. With the development of society, the problems of urban village is more and more obvious, the bottleneck has e the influence the coordinated development, our country city public functions and further improvement of the quality of life, caused the wide attention of all levels of government and all sectors of society, transformation of the build
