一、概况 One. Brief introduction
我厂生产的SF-520涡流粉碎机组是消化吸收了国外先进技术,结合实际情况研制成功的一种涡流式粉碎机,该机具有粒度小、温度低等特点。机组有粉碎主机,微粉收集器,布袋收集器,输送管道,电器控制柜及离心风机组成。物料在主机内部停留时间短。可防止过度粉碎及温度升高。粉碎后,粉碎机在负压作用下,进入收集器,经排料阀排出。该机组具有技术性能稳定、噪音低、耗电省、生产率高、造型美观等优点。是食品、医药、化工、涂料、农药等行业理想的微细粉碎设备。

The set posed of grinding mainframe, micropowder collector, bag collector, transfer piping, electrical control and centrifugal blower. The materials stay inside the mainframe for shorter period of time. It can prevent the overgrinding and temperature increase. After the grinding, under the role of negative pressure, the grinder enters the collector, and get discharged from the blow-off valve. The set has the advantages of stable technical performance, low noise, low power consumption, high production efficiency, attractive appearance etc. It is an ideal micro-fine grinding equipment in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industry, coating, pesticide etc. of industries.
二、工作原理 Two. Working principle
