摘要:目的通过对麝香乌龙丸抗炎、镇痛的药理研究,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法建立小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠足跖肿胀、 and analgesic effects of Musk-Aconite-Earth Pill(MAEP) to provide an experimental foundation for clinical anti-inflammatory effect ined odels of the souse ear, the rat carrageenin paa, adjuvant arthritis and the cotton ball like granuloma of mouse. The analgesic effect ined ouse a of mouse's ears and toes, decrease smatory disease and the granuloma hyperplasia(P<). It could depress inflammatory exudates and leukocyte chemotaxis, reduce the es causing by glacial acetic acid,.freelouse threshold induced by heat stimulation(P<).ConclusionMusk-Aconite-Earth Pill possesses the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.

麝香乌龙丸出自宋代《普济本事方》(原名:麝香圆),由麝香、川乌、地龙、全蝎、黑豆组成,为治白虎历节而设。在保证药效、减少毒副反应的前提下,将原方中天然麝香改为人工麝香,生川乌改为制川乌,采用现代制剂工艺,制成丸剂。前瞻性对类风湿性关节炎进行了临床疗效观察[1],取得良好治疗效果。为进一步探讨临床药理学基础,开展了抗炎、镇痛药理实验研究。现将结果报道如下。
