[摘要] 快速成型(RP)技术是近年来倍受学术界和制造业关注的一种先进成型制造技术。目前世界上占主导地位的5种RP成型方法其基本原理业己完善,针对具体的RP系统如何在不增加昂贵的附加成本的同时,进一步提高成型效率、提高成型件的精度、完善成型件性能以及尽量扩展成型件的适用范围是发展RP技术的重要课题.
选择性激光烧结工艺(SLS)又称为激光选区烧结。是借助精确引导的激光束使材料粉末烧结或熔融后凝固形成三维原型或制件。该工艺方法是由美国得克萨斯大学奥斯丁(Austin)。
目前研究SLS的有DTM公司,,3D Systems公司,北京隆源公司,华中科技大学,华北工学院,南京航空航天大学等。其中,最早将SLS市场化的是DTM公司。
作者正是基于以上观点,对比DTM,EOS两大公司的经典设计方案,改进设计结构,增强工作性能,通过对机械、电气部分的研究,试图将新的思想带入到SLS成型机的设计中。

Abstract:Rapid Prototyping (RP) is an advanced forming and processing technology that is followed with interest by researchers and manufactures in recent years. Now the basic principles of five kinds of RP technology, which dominate in the world, have been integrated. To special RP systems, it is an important subject how to decrease forming time, improve the prototyping precision and extend the utilization area of prototyping without extra expensive cost.
The Selective Laser Sinter(SLS) is also named Laser Selectivity Sinter. It can make the datum powder sinter or blend to three-dimensional antitype by dint of exactitude introductory laser. This craftwork is created in 1989 by an American, , who lived in the Austin.
