摘要:民以食为天,食以安为先。食品是人类赖以生存和发展的最基本的物质条件,食品安全涉及人类最基本权利的保障。随着经济的全球化,食品安全日益成为备受关注的热门话题。近几年来,世界上一些国家和地区食品安全的恶性事件不断发生,随着食品加工过程中化学品和新技术的广泛使用,新的食品安全问题不断涌现。如山西溯洲毒酒事件,阜阳劣质奶粉事件、苏丹红事件、禽流感事件、瘦肉精事件、三聚******奶粉事件等等。在如此多的食品质量安全问题的前提下,要保护广大民众的生体健康,食品质量管理监督力度的加强是刻不容缓的事情。政府部门的惩罚制度也要严格进行。为了人类的健康一定要把好食品质量安全与质量管理这一关。我们也要协同政府部门严格遵守管理制度,从小事做起,使我们大家都吃的放心,吃的安心。

In recent years, some countries and regions in the world of food safety malignant events are occurring, along with the chemicals in the process of food processing and the wide use of new technologies, new food safety problems emerge. Back state wine events such as shanxi, fuyang inferior milk powder incident, Sudan red, avian flu, events, clenbuterol, melamine milk powder events, etc. In so many food quality under the premise of security, to protect the life of the general public health body, the strengthening of food quality management supervision is urgent thing. The government also should undertake strict punishment system. Good for the health of human beings must keep the food quality and safety and quality management. We also collaborates with government departments to strictly abide by the management system, from small start, that we are all eat the rest assured, eat at ease.
