ABSTRACT
With the rapid economic development and urbanization process in China, there emerges
minor cities, satellite towns, development zones and so on. Under this background, some
ultra-wide urban streets, with right-of-way width equal to or over and different to the
ordinary urban streets, also came into being.
This paper firstly defines what ultra-wide urban street is by parison of several
