【摘要】目的:观察补佳乐和安宫黄体酮用于药流不全的临床效果。方法:在药物流产后阴道流血时间>15天,血HCG<1600U/L,B超检测残留物<2cm者,观察组每天口服补佳乐片1mg*10天,后5天加每天加服安宫黄体酮片10mg。对照组肌注催产素针10u*3天,同时口服益母草冲剂20g 2次/日*7天。进行临床疗效比较。结果:%,%,二组经统计学检验有显著性差异(P<),观察者的效果优于对照组。结论:补佳乐和安宫黄体酮在治疗药流不全时疗效显著,并具有安全,无痛苦的优点。

Observation on effect of progynova and depogeston in the Treatment of plete Drug Abortion
[ Abstract ] Objective: To estimate the effectiveness of the progynova and depogeston in individuals after plete drug abortion. Methods: this study was performed at two groups with vaginal bleeding after drug abortion for > 15 days, blood HCG < 1600U / L and B ultrasound test identified the residues < 2cm. Experimental group daily oral progynova 1mg for 10 days, plus daily oral depogeston tablets 10mg in the last 5 days, control group were daily intramuscular injection of oxytocin needle 10u for 3 days, while oral Yimucao on 20g twice daily for 7 days. Results: The cure rate in the experimental group was %, compared to the control group the cure rate was %, with significant difference ( P < ) of statistical test and more effectiveness. Conclusion: progynova and depogeston in the treatment of plete medical abortion is effective with advantages of safety and painless.
