本次毕业设计是一幢综合生产办公楼,我们主要进行的是结构设计部分。它包括基础、柱、梁、板、楼梯、大样细部图等等。该办公楼属于高层建筑,由于高层建筑随着层数和高度的增加水平作用对其安全的控制作用更加显著,所以在设计中抵抗水平力成为确定和设计结构体系的关键问题。包括地震作用和风荷载,高层建筑的承载能力、抗侧刚度、抗震性能等等。
不同的结构体系,适用于不同的层数、高度和功能。框架结构是由梁、柱构件通过节点连接构成,既承受竖向荷载,也承受水平荷载的结构体系,其优点是建筑平面布置灵活,框架结构可通过合理的设计,使之具有良好的抗震性能;框架结构构件类型少,易于标准化、定型化;可以采用预制构件,也易于采用定型模板而做成现浇结构,本建筑采用全现浇结构。
结构设计的阶段大体可以分为三个阶段:
,选择合理的结构体系,进行结构布置;
,确定结构构件尺寸,进行结构计算。
:根据上述计算结果,来最终确定构件布置和构件配筋以及根据规范的要求来确定结构构件的构造措施。

ABSTRACT
The graduation project is prehensive production office, we carried out major structural design. It includes the foundation, columns, beams and panels, stairs, the kind detailed map, and so office building belonged to high-rise building, as high-rise building with the floors and a high degree of increase in the level of its security role in the control of a more significant role, so the resistance level in the design of a system to identify and design the structure of the key issues.
